Sherbin-Rubenfire

Karen Rubenfire and
Daniel Sherbin were recently
married at the Ritz Carlton
Hotel in Dearborn. Rabbi M.
Robert Syme and Cantor
Harold Orbach officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Dr. Melvyn and Diane Ruben-
fire of Bingham Farms. The
groom is the son of Bert and
Lenore Risin of Farmington
Hills and the late Dr. Ben-
jamin Sherbin.
The maid of honor was Cin-
dy Levine of Los Angeles.
Bridesmaids were Shelly
Rubenfire, sister-in-law of the
bride, Liz, Lara and Jodi
Sherbin, sisters of the groom,
Jennifer Mellen, Karen
Weinfeld, Julie Ernst of

Chicago and Debbie Wander
of Boca Raton.
The best man was Aaron
Sherbin, brother of the
groom. Groomsmen were
Mark Rubenfire, brother of
the bride, Mark Risin, step-
brother of the groom, Dr. Phil
Beron, Marc Mendelson, An-
dy Perlin, Steve Weberman,
David Gold and Neil
Rosenzweig.
Also participating in the
ceremony were the bride's
grandmother, Sue Rubenfire,
and the groom's grand-
mothers, Estelle Moggel and
Anna Sherbin.
Following a honeymoon in
Hawaii, the couple resides in
Southfield.
