Support Groups

Peer support groups for
adults with vision loss and
hearing loss continue to meet
on an ongoing basis at the
Maple-Drake Jewish Com-
munity Center coordinated
by the Center's Senior Adult
Department and Sinai
Hospital's vision rehabilita-
tion and audiology depart-
ments. Both groups are seek-
ing to expand participation.
The hearing loss group
meets every other Tuesday at
1 p.m. in Room 239. On Jan.
8, the discussion topic will be
"What's New With Hearing
Aids?"
The vision loss group meets
on the second Thursday of
each month. On Jan. 10 at 1
p.m. in the library, a film
will be shown.
