At Palace

The Judds Farewell Tour,
featuring Garth Brooks,
Pirates of the Mississippi and

7:30 p.m. Feb. 1 at the Palace.

The Judds Farewell Tour
will run through November
1991. Winners of four Gram-
my Awards and three-time
recipients of the Country
Music Association's Vocal
Duo of the Year award, the
Judds are one of the most
popular duos in country
music history.
Garth Brooks is the winner
of this year's CMA Horizon
Award. His second LP, No
Fences, is No. 11 on
Billboard's Top Pop Albums
chart.
The Pirates of the
Mississippi, formed in 1987,
have quiCkly gained a reputa-
tion for their energetic perfor-
mances. Featuring the hits
"Honky Tonk Blues" and
"Rollin' Home," their self-
titled debut LP has been on
Billboard's charts for the last
four months.
Ronnie McDowell has a
string of hits including
"Wandering Eyes," "Older
Women," "Watchin' Girls Go
By."
