survived by his wife, Sura;

Detroit, died Dec. 17.

ham Hillel Moses, a member
of Congregation B'nai David,
and the Perfection-Mosaic
Lodge No. 530 F & AM.
He is survived by his son
and daughter-in-law, Gerald

Gertrude Lachover

Gertrude Lachover, 82, of
Southfield, died Dec. 16.
Mrs. Lachover was a life
member of Congregation
Shaarey Zedek and its
Sisterhood and Hadassah.
She was past president of
Mizrachi Organization, a
Jewish charity to assist or-
phans in Israel, past tree
chairman of the Jewish Na-
tional Fund and active with
the Bar-Ilan University in
Israel. She was a former
teacher with United Hebrew
Schools.
She leaves her son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Leonard
and Eileen of West Bloom-
field; daughter and son-in-
law, Miriam "Mickey" and
Arthur Leib of Southfield;
brother and sister-n-law, Jay
and Dorothy Rosenthal of
Southfield; sisters and
brothers-in-law, Zelda and Ar-
thur Selmar of Oak Park,

Julius "Cookie" Spoon, 73,
of Farmington Hills, died Dec.
17.
Mr. Spoon was co-owner of
Spoon Brothers Building and
Management Co. Mr. Spoon
was a member of B'nai B'rith,

ORT.
He leaves his wife, Annette;
