a dinner 6 p.m. Dec. 6 at Con-
gregation Shaarey Zedek.

Honorary chairmen of the
event are James J. Blanchard,

Michigan; John M. Engler,
governor-elect; and Donald W.
Riegle, U.S. Senator. Dinner
chairmen include Raldolph

Federation
To Train Leaders

Dr. Anita Jacobs, a motiva-
tional speaker and a leader of
the Minneapolis Jewish
Welfare Federation, will be
featured at two speakers
training workshops Dec. 4 for
Detroit's Federation leader-
ship.
The afternoon session,
which features a light lunch,
will take place from noon to
2 p.m. at United Hebrew
Schools. The workshop will be
repeated at 7:30 p.m. at Hillel
Day School.
Participants will learn how
to influence others through
public speaking and new
leadership techniques for
Federation.
