The campus, to be located on the Foundation's 40-acre site on Maple Road in West Bloomfield, will feature a day- care center, Russian-Jewish cultural center, museum of Jewish art, Torah public library, rabbinical college, yeshiva and day school, 12 - acre park and other institutions.
