The Michigan Delegation of Lubavitch Emissaries, head- ed by Rabbi Berel Shemtov and Rabbi Yitschak M. Kagan, will include fifteen rabbis and directors of the various Chabad centers throughout Michigan. Some of the participating rabbis will be Rabbi Chaim M.
