Winter Camps
Tamarack Camps will spon-
sor a winter camp for girls
and boys in 2nd-5th grades
Dec. 26-28 at Camp Maas. Ac-
tivities will include toboggan-
ing, indoor crafts, a cookout, a
hayride, and activities at the
Bert L. and Toba Smokier
Pioneer Skills Center.
The director of the program
is Susan Zaks, who is the resi-
dent director of Camp
Tamarack at Brighton during
the summer.
An advanced winter camp
will follow Dec. 28-30 at
Camp Maas for girls and boys
in 6th-8th grades. The pro-
gram will include cross coun-
try skiing, outdoor sports,
nature activities, and arts
and crafts. Lew Hamburger
will direct the program, Marc
Kay, the Camp Maas program
director, will supervise the
programming for both the
older and younger children.
Campers will be housed in
winterized cabins with others
their own age.
Transportation will be pro-
vided from the Maple-Drake
Jewish Community Center.

Party Hosted
For Dysautonomia
The Michigan Chapter of
the Dysautonomia Founda-
tion, Inc. will host its 16th an-
nual Millionaire's Party 7:30
p.m. Nov. 17 at Glen Oaks
Country Club. The donation
for this Las Vegas night is
$100 per couple, which in-
cludes a buffet dinner and
dancing.
