By the end of 1992,
Israel, a nation of
4.5 million, will have
taken in 1 million
immigrants.

What's a million
among friends?

With all its resources, picture the United States accepting 55 million
newcomers in three years. Picture 22 Arab countries welcoming
41 million Arab brothers in that same period.

Israel isn't looking for medals. Homecoming is what the Jewish
nation is about and has been since 1948. Its people know the cost
of resettlement is high. They also know we promised to share in this
historic exodus.

The time has come to keep our promise, to turn our pledges into
cash for housing and jobs and medical care.

Please turn your pledges into cash. Send your checks now to the
Allied Jewish Campaign and to Operation Exodus, 163 Madison,
Detroit, MI 48226-2180.

Why the rush? Because Israel has never needed a friend more than
she needs us now.

If not now, when
