I FOR SENIORS THE GREAT TASTE OF PHILLY HAS COME TO LIGHT Support Groups Aid Seniors The Maple-Drake Jewish Community Center's Senior Adult Department offers two peer support groups for adults with vision loss and hearing loss. These groups provide oppor- tunities for socialization in a comfortable environment while sharing concerns, infor- mation and coping strategies. Recreational activities and outings and educational pro- grams are also planned. The group for adults with vision loss meets 1 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month in the library. The group for adults with hearing loss meets 1 p.m. every other Tuesday in Room 239. Transportation for residents of West Bloomfield and Bloomfield Township may be arranged through the Center's arrangement with the S.M.A.R.T.
