margarine
11/2 cups crumbs from a
crunchy sweet cereal
3 packages artificial
sweetener
1 tablespoon sugar
Y2 teaspoon cinnamon
Melt margarine. Add to all
other ingredients in a food
processor and process until
thoroughly blended. Press 1"
around sides and sprinkle re-
mainder over the bottom of
springform.

1 pound light lowfat
cottage cheese
1/4 cup sweetened
condensed milk
12 packets artificial
sweetener
2 tablespoons fresh lime
juice
1 tablespoon fresh
lemon juice
teaspoon lemon
extract
ih teaspoon lime extract
1 teaspoon dried mint
Blend cottage cheese, con-
densed milk, and sweetener
in food processor until thor-
oughly blended and smooth.
Add juices to batter along
with extracts and mint and
whip until well blended. Pour
into crust and refrigerate un-
til set, at least overnight, or
freeze. Defrost 10 to 15 min-
utes before serving. ❑
