will hold its donor luncheon

ly with the Moscow Operatic

Abraham Nemeth
Dr. Nemeth is professor
emeritus at the University of
Detroit; he has a Ph.D. from
Wayne State University and
has taught math and com-
puter science for 30 years. He
helped to proofread the
Braille version of the Bible
and arranged to have the sid-
dur and machzor translated
in Braille for blind
worshippers.

Shaarey Zedek. Theme of the
Institute will be "The Jewish
Family: Back to the Future."
The Institute will host
Gerald B. Bubis, founding
director of the School of
Jewish Communal Service at
Hebrew Union College-
Jewish Institute of Religion,
Los Angeles. Mr. Bubis' latest
book is Saving the Jewish
Family, and he will speak on
effects of modernity on the
Jewish family.
On Nov. 7, the Institute will
be preceded at 5:30 p.m. by
the year's first educational
dinner of the Business and
Professional Women at which
members will meet B & P
leadership.
