B'rith will speak on "Anti-
Semitism Today: The Com-
munal Response."

Balfour Concert
Aids Children

Proceeds of Zionist Organ-
ization of America's Balfour
Celebration and Concert will
be used to provide educa-
tional opportunities for
children of Russian olim in
Israel. The tribute to national
ZOA president Sidney Silver-
man will be at the concert
program on Nov. 4 at the
Masonic Temple auditorium.
Hundreds of children have
applied for admission to Kfar
Silver, ZOA's 520 acre educa-
tional complex near
Ashkelon, Israel. To absorb
