The series will continue each Monday evening throughout November and December. The programs will focus on topics relevant to contemporary Jewish living. Adat Shalom Plans Three Fall Courses Adat Shalom Synagogue and the Midrasha, College of Jewish Studies, will offer four-week courses beginning Oct. 24. Bio-Medical Ethics in Jewish Law" will be taught by Rabbi Rod Glogower, Rab- bi of the Hillel Orthodox Union and adjunct lecturer in Judaic Studies at the Univer- sity of Michigan, at 7:30 p.m. "Introduction to Yiddish Conversation" will be taught by Ellen Kellman of the University of Michigan at 7:30 p.m. Ms. Kellman will also teach the course "Tevye the Dairyman — The Tradi- tional Jew Faces Modernity" at 8:30 p.m. All courses will be held at Adat Shalom.
