rom the Scottish Highlands
to the Russian steppes, this
fall Europe goes global with
a mix of fashion statements.
If there's one common thread that
links these disparate looks, it's an
interest in the 1960s — albeit a dis-
tinctly "90s view of that psychedelic
era.
Like American designers, though,
French and Italian designers are not
about to put all their eggs in one
basket. The updated "60s looks are
