ed as a leader in various com-
munity service organizations.
He is chairman of the 1991
YAD Executive Committee
and is the division's im-
mediate past president.
Formerly co-chairman of its
Allied Jewish Campaign, he
has been on its board since
1987. Mr. Magy is a member
of the Board of Governors of
the Jewish Welfare Federa-
tion and serves on various
United Jewish Charities
committees.
Mr. Magy has been named
the 1990 recipient of the
William H. Boesky Annual
Young Leadership Award. He
is on the board of directors of
Congregation Adat Shalom,
Hillel Day School of Detroit,
and the Jewish Home for Ag-
ed. A member of the UJA
Young Leadership Cabinet
since 1987, Mr. Magy was ap-
pointed to the executive Com-
mittee in 1988.
