The emergency effort to fulfill Operation Exodus pledges has been brought on by the growing Soviet-Jewish immigration to Israel, accor- ding to newly appointed Jewish Welfare Federation Cash Mobilization chairmen Marvin H. Goldman and Emery I. Klein. Both Mr. Goldman who served in this position two years ago, and Mr. Klein are past chairmen of the Allied Jewish Campaign.
