Holds Elections

The Hebrew Free Loan
Association recently held its
95th annual meeting. Irwin
L. Kahn was elected
president.
Other officers elected are:
vice presidents Marlene Bor-
man, Paul A. Hack and
Henry P. Lee; treasurer
Stuart J. Snider; and
secretary Robert M. Citrin.
Re-elected for a one year
term on the board of directors
were: Jack Belkin, Ronald

Miriam Friedman, Herbert

operating founding member
of the Jewish Welfare Federa-
tion in Detroit.

Maccabi Aides

The Volunteer Committee
of the Jewish Welfare Federa-
tion's Young Adult Division
needs people to assist with
the opening ceremonies of the
Jewish Community Centers'
North American Maccabi
Youth Games Aug. 19.
Ceremonies will be held at
the Palace of Auburn Hills.
Volunteers will assist with
athletes' registration and
with the opening procession
of the games. They will join
with the committee, chaired
by Hannan Lis and Linda Z.
Rouff, for a briefing at 4:30
p.m. about their respon-
sibilities. Dinner will follow
the orientation.
Anyone interested in help-
ing out should contact Scott
Mittelman of Federation at
