HOT FUDGE-RUM-PECAN SUNDAES

/2 cup semisweet
2 tablespoons light rum
chocolate pieces
Vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 /2 cup tiny marshmallows
Pecan halves, toasted
For sauce, in a 2-cup glass measure combine the chocolate
pieces and milk. Microwave, uncovered, about 1 minute or 'til
chocolate is melted, stirring once. Stir in the marshmallows
and light rum.
To serve, scoop vanilla ice cream into sherbert dishes. Top
with some hot fudge sauce, then sprinkler with a few toasted
pecan halves. Makes 3/4 cup sauce.
