The Chase Home Equity Line of Credit is available only for 1-to-4 family primary residences. Your Home Equity Line of Credit will be secured by a mortgage or deed of trust (lien) on your home. The Annual
Percentage Rate (APR) on your Chase Home Equity Line of Credit will vary from month to month during the first twelve months of your loan based on changes in the Prime Rate. Beginning with the thirteenth
month of your Home frity Line of Credit, theAPR will vary monthly and will be based on the Prime Rate plus 1.50 percentage points. The Prime Rate published in the Money Rates table of Tbe Wall Streetjournal
