American Savings and Loan
Association (now Empire of
America); also commissioner
of the Planning Commission
for the city of Detroit and a
director of Knollwood Coun-
try Club.
Mrs. Hechtman is active in
Hadassah, Women's Ameri-
can ORT, the sisterhood of
Adat Shalom Synagogue and
Hillel Day School.
