B.S. in Early Childhood
Education. She spent five
years teaching and working
with one of her most pas-
sionate endearments,
children.
A small business painting
"sweats" was the beginning
of what has developed into a
career as an artist, and
although Rosen still produces
a line of clothing it is her two-
dimensional work which
brings her the most
satisfaction.
Intrigued by the titles and
headlines which jump out of
the stacks of newspapers that
constantly fill the trunk of
her car (on the way to the
recycling center) she recently
began to incorporate the clip-
pings into her art.
Rosen's "Newsart" can be
seen, along with examples of
her earlier work, on exhibit at
the Route 10 Gallery.
