The program will be a panel discussion entitled "Under- standing the Elderly." Panelists include Bea Eisen- man and Sara Eisemann. Bea Eisenman has run social adjustment groups for nursing home residents, done outreach therapy for elderly in the Jewish Federation Apartments, and co-directed a weekly activity program for semi-independent elderly residents in group apartments. Sora Eisemann has done work with the residents at Borman Hall, as counselor and group leader for small discussion groups.
