Will Meet

Ahavas Chesed — Bikur
Cholim will meet 8:15 p.m.
May 23 at the Machon
L'Torah building.
The program will be a panel
discussion entitled "Under-
standing the Elderly."
Panelists include Bea Eisen-
man and Sara Eisemann.
Bea Eisenman has run
social adjustment groups for
nursing home residents, done
outreach therapy for elderly
in the Jewish Federation
Apartments, and co-directed a
weekly activity program for
semi-independent elderly
residents in group
apartments.
Sora Eisemann has done
work with the residents at
Borman Hall, as counselor
and group leader for small
discussion groups.
The slate of officers for the
coming year is: president Ada
Moseson; vice presidents
Anne Cohen, Susan Kraus,
Raiselle Snow, and Natalie
Sunshine; secretaries Ricia
Klainberg and Peggy Letvin;
treasurer Millie Rabinowitz;
telephone coordinator Har-
riet Penfil.
Board members are Reva
Deutsch, Fayga Dombey,
Marion Duchan, Shoshana
Gold, Nita Lowe, and Sonia
