Julie is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Leonard Rouff of
Southfield. Mitchell is the son
of Dr. and Mrs. Will Phillips
of Southfield.
Bridesmaids were the

bride's sisters-in-law, Karen
Rouff and Linda Rouff and
the groom's sister, Mindy
Phillips. The groom's brother,
Daniel Phillips was best man.
The ushers were the bride's

After a honeymoon in Can-
cun, Mexico, the couple now
