Leah Drachler
The 498-member Volunteer
Committee of the Founders
Society, Detroit Institute of
Arts, honored Southfield resi-
dent Leah Drachler as
Volunteer of the Month.
Drachler, a Wayne State
University graduate, taught
in the Detroit Public School
System for 23 years. During
her tenure with the Detroit
Board, she participated as a
writer in the School In-
tegrated Reading Series.
She compiled and printed
The Museum Shop Hand-
book, served as co-chairperson
of the Museum Shop Commit-
tee, and is currently co-editor
of The Volunteer a newsletter
of the Volunteer Committee.

is employed at Enzytech Inc.
