GREAT NOODLE KUGEL
wide noodles
/2 lb.
1 cup milk
cottage cheese
1 /2 lb.
sour cream
1 /2 pt.
2
eggs
1 /4 cup sugar
1 tsp.
salt
2 tsp.
vanilla
1 /4 lb.
butter, melted
1 can
(131/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 /2 cup dried apricots, cut up

Topping:
1 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1 cup sugar
21/2 tbsp. cinnamon
21/2 tbsp. butter
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water for 5 min-
utes. Drain. Combine next 10 ingredients. Add
drained noodles. Turn into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Dot with butter. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
