League bowlers won the In-
ternational B'nai B'rith
Bowling Association Sec-
tional tournament in Atlantic
City, N.J., March 10-11.
The White Furniture Team,
captained by Jeff Olstein,
shot 6,340 in a six-game
series. The team — Olstein,
Jerry Kahn, Arnie Melman,
Joe Starr and Mel Segal —
won $715.
In the singles event, Starr
finished second with a 1,361
handicapped total and won
$150. Dean Fine finished
sixth and Dolores Fox, the on-
ly female prize-winner, finish-
ed seventh.
In the doubles, Olstein and
Kahn finished 19th and won
$50.
In the Toledo, Ohio, tourna-
ment March 17-18, Len
Brozgold finished seventh
and Mike Fink ninth in Class
A singles while Dean Fine
took fourth in Class B. All
winnings were under $50.
In doubles, winning teams
included Nate Zeron and
Fine, Mike Fink and Larry
Schecter, Abraham Levy and
Fine, Steve Gross and Fink
and Gross and Schecter. Each
duo split $50.
