On March 23-24, Queen of Hearts, the 1989 film by English director Jon Amiel, will be presented. This is a dreamlike, comic version of three generations of an Italian family transported to England. On March 25, The Dybbuk, a 1937 film by Polish director Michal Waszynski, will be screened. This Yiddish- language, restored film is an adaptation of S. Kaleidoscope Slates Kottler Pianist Mischa Kottler will perform 3:30 p.m. March 11 at St. Hugo's of the Hills in Bloomfield Hills as part of Kaleidoscope Concerts. Russian-born, Mischa Kot- tler, came to Detroit in 1931 and performed a 'Ibhaikovsky Piano Concerto in Orchestra Hall under Gabrilovitch and later performed the Rachmaninoff Piano Concer- to No. 3. Kottler made Detroit his home and became musical director of WWJ Radio and WWJ T.V. He also organized the chamber group with Mischa Mishakoff, Joseph Gingold and Georges Mi- quelle which later became the Chamber Music Society of Detroit. At 91, Kottler continues to perform.
