Sarita and David Cooper of
Omaha, Neb., announce the
engagement of their daugh-
ter, Felicia, to Scott Littky,
son of Loretta and Robert Lit-
tky of Southfield.

Felicia received a bachelor's
degree from the University of
Iowa where she was a mem-
ber of Sigma Delta Tau sorori-
ty. She is a disabled adults in-

dependent living counselor.
She is also a United Syna-
gogue Youth adviser for Beth
El Synagogue in Omaha.
Scott, who received his
bachelor's degree and
teaching certificate from
Wayne State University, is a
teacher at the Bureau of
Jewish Education in Omaha.
An April wedding is
planned.
