Young Leadership
Meeting In DC

Detroit-area young adults
interested in attending the
7th Annual Young Leader-
ship Washington Conference,
March 11-13, have been ask-
ed to make reservations as
soon as possible.
Attendees will participate
in workshops and discussions
on domestic and internation-
al issues. They will have the
opportunity to hear presenta-
tions by leading senators, con-
gressmen, members of the ad-
ministration and Israeli
diplomats.
U.S. Secretary of Defense
Dick Cheney will address the
conference as the featured
speaker at the closing session
March 13.
The "McLaughlin Group"
will appear. Host John
McLaughlin will lead the dis-
cussion between Fred Barnes,
senior editor of the New
Republic; Morton Kondracke,
also senior editor.
The conference will have
five general themes, with
workshop topics including Ju-
daism, Jewish Family and
Lifestyle Choices; Tzedakah,
Campaign, and Where the
Money Goes; Jewish in
America; Israel and the Mid-
dle East; and The Rest of the
