its weekly erev Shabbat pro-

Workshop Set

The Senior Driver Retrain-
ing workshop will be held
9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Feb. 22
and 23 at Farmington Com-
munity Schools, in Farm-
ington Hills.
Drivers over the age of 50
are invited to improve their
driving skills, increase their
confidence and maintain
their driving independence.
The workshop is hosted by
Farmington Community
Schools and presented by the
Traffic Improvement Associa-
tion of Oakland County
under a federal grant receiv-
ed through the Michigan Of-
fice of Highway Safety Plan-

The Department of
Michigan Jewish War
Veterans and the Ladies Aux-
iliary are making available
annual Michigan college
scholarships.
There are no restrictions as
to race, color, religion, sex or
creed. Any veteran of the
American armed forces, his or
her son or daughter, or grand-
child is eligible.
Applicants may include
students attending accredited
colleges as well as members of
the January or June 1990
high school graduating
classes.
Qualified students should
request information and
forms from Scholarship Com-
mittee, 16990 W. 12 Mile
Road, Southfield, 48076. All
completed forms must be
returned by April 20.
