curtain closes for Once Upon
a Mattress, the students will
say goodbye to Hillel, and
most will attend local public
schools. Some are undecided
about the educational in-
stitutions they'll attend.
Traison is the only one who
has decided to remain in a
parochial school. He'll begin
Akiva Hebrew Day School
next fall.
"These musicals are a tra-
dition," said Rochelle Ic-
zkovitz, principal of general
studies at Hillel. "It's an ac-
tivity that has brought the
class closer together work-
ing as a whole." ❑
