ment of the Jewish Com-
munity Center's Jimmy Pren-
tis Morris Building will hold
an erev Shabbat program
each Friday at 12:30 p.m. in
Jaffe Hall. Cantor Max
Shimansky will lead the
service.
Jan. 14 — The movie classic
Modern Times will be shown
in the Assembly Hall at 2
p.m.
Jan. 15 — The Fitness for
All exercise program resumes
in the gym at 11 a.m. The
Ben Gurion Men's club meets
in Room 3, from noon to 4
p.m. for cards, kibitzing and
charity. Rabbi Gorrelick will
lecture at 12:30 p.m. in Room
4. Israel — Past and Present
meets today at 1 p.m. in Room
12.
Jan. 16 — "Blessing" is the
focus of Frances Weinberg's
Book Review at 11 a.m. in
Room 4. The Sinai Hospital
Wellness Lecture Series topic,
"Memory Enhancement" will
begin at 1 p.m. in the
Assembly Hall. The movie
classic I Wonder Who's Kiss-
ing Her Now part 3 follows at
1:45 p.m.
Jan. 17 — The Widowed
Support group, an open drop-
in discussion group geared
toward developing self
reliance and independence,
meets at 10:30 a.m. in Room
3. The Wednesday Afternoon
Social will not meet today.
Jan. 18 — The Center Men's
Forum has a meeting of every
Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in
Room 4. It provides compa-
nionship and conversation
while discussing the issues
facing the world today. The
Yiddish Culture Club does
not meet today. The Thursday
Afternoon Video is the "Odd
Couple" at 1:30 p.m. in the
Atrium with a repeat perfor-
mance Friday 10 a.m. in the
Assembly Hall.

JCC Seniors
Hold Programs

The Senior Adult Depart-
ment of the Jewish Com-
munity Center will present
"Fun With Yiddish," 1 p.m.
Jan. 15 in the library of the
Maple-Drake building.
Elizabeth Elkin-Weiss, Roz
Kraus, Helen Netler, and
Doris Seifert will share jokes,
anecdotes and song with a
Yiddish flavor. There is no
charge for memebers.
The Senior adults will also
hold a luncheon and after-
noon of entertainment at
noon Jan. 22, in Room 239 of
the Maple Drake building.
