complete with calorie count would be helpful.

CHICKEN PAPRIKASH

1-3 pound Empire chicken
salt
pepper
2 large onions, minced
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 green pepper, minced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 tsp. paprika
1 tomato, cut in eighths

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Fry
onions in a heavy skillet until golden brown. Add green pepper, celery
and paprika. Mix well. Add chicken and tomato. Turn occasionally to
keep from burning, taking care to keep chicken pieces intact. When
done, remove chicken to hot platter. If more sauce is desired, add a
little water and bring to a boil.
Serves 4-6, 250 calories per 6-ounce serving.
