CHANUKAH And The Winner Is . G rand prize winner (and our cover artist) Rebecca Rosen has a passion for painting. Her parents, Sharon and Leonard Rosen, say she will paint for three to four hours at a time. She is also an accomplished tap, jazz and ballet dancer and won a scholarship several years ago for 12 months of private lessons. Rebecca, an 8th grader at Hillel Day School, also is involved with the B'nai B'rith Youth — Jewish Center Teen Connection and youth activities at Congregation Shaarey Zedek. Her winning entry was selected from 262 submissions — 127 in the 6 and under category, 80 from the 7-9 group, 40 from 10-12 year olds, and 15 in the 13-15 group.
