Sephardi Begin
History Project
Los Angeles (JTA) — The
Maurice Amado Foundation
of Los Angeles has initiated
an education project to make
North American children
more familiar with Sephardi
culture and history.
The initial phase of the
project entails the creation
of a resource database, a
survey of Jewish educators
and a comprehensive plan.
