The Senior Adult Depart-
ment of the Jewish Com-
munity Center's Jimmy Pren-
tis Morris Building will hold
the following programs:
Dec. 15 — The weekly Erev
Shabbat program will be held
at 12:30 p.m., in Jaffe Hall,
featuring Cantor Max
Shimansky.
Dec. 17 — A city wide
Chanukah celebration is of-
fered from 2 to 5 p.m. Par-
ticipants are asked to bring a
donation of canned goods.
Dec. 18 — Rabbi Gorrelick
lectures at 12:30 p.m. in Room
4. Mah jongg, all levels of ex-
pertise, begins at 12:30 p.m.,
Room 15. "Fabs" Kaldobsky
will be guest lecturer for
Israel — Then and Now. His
topic is "Israel and the
American Jewish Communi-
ty" at 1 p.m. in Room 12.
Dec. 19 — Frances
Weinberg's book review series
of "Why Me" is scheduled for
11 a.m., in Room 4. The Sinai
Hospital lecture continues
with Cindy Justice and
"Stress Management" at 1
p.m. in the Assembly Hall.
The movie classic Eddie Can-
tor in Show Business will
follow the lecture at 1:45 p.m.
Dec. 20 — The Widowed
Support Group will meet
10:30 a.m. in Room 3. The
Wednesday afternoon social
will feature music and song
beginning at 12:30 p.m. in
Jaffe Hall.
Dec. 21 — Communications,
a current events discussion
group, will meet with
facilitator Naomi Levine at
10 a.m. in Room 9. The Yid-
dish Culture Club will hear
Cantor Max Shimansky and
Lillian Zellman in Jaffe Hall
at 12:30 p.m. "The Press
Review" will be led by Abe
Gorenbein at 12:30 p.m. in
Room 15. The Thursday after-
noon video presentation An-
nie Hall will be shown in the
atrium at 1:30 p.m., with a
repeat performance 10 a.m.
Friday in the Assembly Hall.
