Mashey Bernstein, a University of Michigan pro- fessor, will teach the course. Students will read The Tenants of Moonbloom, by Ed- ward Lewis Wallant, and The Promise, by Chaim Potok. Although the course is be- ing offered for University of Michigan college credit, the credits are transferrable to other colleges and universities. Natalia Rozenoer, a chem- ist, first applied for an exit visa in 1978. She was refus- ed that year because her father is alleged to have held a security classification at work. Natalia Rozenoer's parents divorced many years ago and she lives with her mother.
