DRINK SAFELY

Sunkist Mock Cocktails, a booklet containing prize winning recipes
from the Sunkist/S.A.D.D. (Students Against Driving Drunk) schol-
arship contest held last spring is now available. Sunkist Mock Cock-
tails contains twenty-two prize winning recipes and suggestions for
special parties and tips on the right way to be a good party host. This
booklet is an especially handy tool for parents of teens.
For a copy of this free booklet send a self-addressed, stamped
business envelope to: Sunkist Growers, Inc. Consumer Affairs De-
partment, Box 7888, Van Nuys, California 21409-7888.
Here are a few of the recipes included in this booklet.
SOMEWHERE UNDER THE RAINBOW

Suzanna M. Greca, Redford, Michigan

1 can (8 oz.) pineapple slices in unsweetened pineapple juice, drained
11/2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice (5 to 6 Sunkist oranges)
4 scoops rainbow sherbet
3 to 6 ice cubes
2 thick orange cartwheel slices, cut in half
Cut pineapple slices in quarters; save four quarters for garnish. In
blender, combine remaining pineapple, orange juice, sherbet and ice
cubes; blend until smooth. Garnish with orange half-slices and
pineapple quarters skewered on colored toothpicks. Makes 3 cups
(four 6-oz. servings).

TINKI

Katrina Krag, Germantown, Tennessee

3 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
2 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
to 1 cup sugar
1 cup sparkling mineral water
ice
orange cartwheel slices
Combine fruit juices and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. Add mineral
water. Serve over ice in pitcher or punch bowl. Garnish with orange
slices. Makes 8 cups (eight 8-oz. servings).
