MER/ANALYST. Yelena
has 18 years' of experience
as a computer programmer
and analyst with the
Laboratory of Molecular
Spectroscopy in Moscow.
She modified IBM software
for use on Soviet com-
puters, working in-
dependently and with
other programmers to
develop programs for solv-
ing mathematical pro-
blems. She also has taught
mathematics and
theoretical mechanics.

ELECTRICAL/ELEC-
TRONIC ENGINEER. Ig-
or has 15 years' of ex-
perience as an engineer,
designer and project leader
in Riga. He was responsi-
ble for hardware and soft-
ware installation, service
and debugging of IBM and
DEC-compatible com-
puters and design and
development of high-speed
switching computers for
the telecommunication in-
dustry. He possesses the
equivalent of a bachelor's
degree in electrical and
computer engineering.
