ried at Temple Israel. Rabbi
M. Robert Syme, Rabbi
Harold Loss and Cantor
Harold Orbach officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Lois and Alvin Rubin of Far-
mington Hills. The
bridegroom is the son of
Mickey and Cymie Kwait of
Palm Desert, Calif., formerly
of Chicago.
The bride's sister, Pam
Rubin, was the maid of honor.
The other attendants were
Tracy Heller, Karen Herbst,
Adena Lazan and Marla
Sokol of Los Angeles, Calif.,
Elissa Schecter of Florida and
Lisa Weisberg.
The brother of the
bridegrom, Billy Kwait of
Laguna Hills, Calif., was the
best man. The other ushers
were Michael Cohen, Chris
Jacobs, Jeremy Morton,
Stuart Pauker and Ross
Rulney of Chicago. The
bride's brother, David Rubin,
was also an usher.
Flower girls were Rebecca
Rubin and Amanda Morton.
Ring bearer was Adam
Rubin.
Also participating in the
ceremony were the bride's
grandmothers, Ida Rosner
and Betty Rubin. Also the
groom's grandmother, Jean
Schwartz.
The couple went on a
honeymoon to Bermuda and
are residing in Chicago.
