NEW KOSHER PRODUCT

Something new in kosher food is now available at Great Scott! Pizza
Wraps, delicious mozzarella cheese and zesty pizza sauce wrapped in a
crispy egg roll skin. Next time you want to serve something different,
or the kids are looking for a snack, Pizza Wraps may be just what your
looking for. Pizza Wraps cook up in about 12 minutes and can be found
in the frozen food section.

ENTERTAINING BLINTZ DESSERTS:
PEACHY BLINTZES
1 package (15 oz.) Golden Frozen Cheese Blintzes
Butter or margarine
1 can (8% oz.) sliced peaches in heavy syrup, drained, reserving syrup
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3/4 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
chopped pecans

salted

In skillet, cook blintzes as directed on package; remove and keep
warm. Add 1 teaspoon butter to skillet; melt. Blend peach syrup with
cornstarch; stir in orange and lemon juice. Pour into skillet; heat,
stirring until slightly thickened and clear. Add peaches to sauce; heat.
To serve, spoon sauce over blintzes; top with pecans. Makes 6 blintzes.

BLINTZ SUZETTE

1 package (15 oz.) Golden Frozen Fruit Blintzes
Butter or margarine
'/2 cup sugar
1 /3 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons each orange-flavored liqueur and brandy

In skillet, cook blintzes as directed on package; remove and keep
warm. Add 3 tablespoons butter to skillet; stir in sugar, juice and
liqueur. Simmer until slightly thickened. Return blintzes to skillet;
spoon sauce over blintzes. Add brandy; heat. Carefully light with
match. Serve when flame dies. makes 6 blintzes.
