Konareva of the USSR at a

Wayne State University.
Dr. Konareva, a senior
research fellow at the In-
stitute of the United States
and Canada of the Academy
of Science of the USSR in
Moscow, is the author of
several books on quality
management in the U.S. and
Japan.
