shingle-style beach cottage is
positioned at the edge of a high
dune. The overscaled stoop leads up
to an inviting porch and the main
level. The attic is lit by a boldly
arched window. The dining room has
a view of the ocean.

The living room, adjacent to the
dining room, has plenty of seating.
The house contains three small guest
bedrooms. The master bedroom is
located in the attic, its arched
window giving the house a big scale.
