"HOT" CHEESE SPREAD Combine 8-oz. cottage cheese, 1 or 2 cherry peppers, diced, 1 clove garlic, peeled, 1 tsp. dried oregano, and 1Y2 tsp. ground cumin. Blend until smooth. Spoon into crock or covered container. Refrigerate. Serve with your favorite cracker. CARAWAY SPREAD Blend 1 tbsp. caraway seeds, 1 /4 tsp. dill weed, salt and pep- per to taste, into 8-oz. cottage cheese. Spread onto your favorite cracker and garnish with green onions and fresh cucumber slices. - EGG SALAD SPREAD Combine 8-oz. cottage cheese, 6 hardcooked eggs, finely chopped, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 4 tablespoons prepared mustard, 3 teas- poons chopped chives, 1/2 teas- poon salt, Y4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, Y4 tea- spoon dill weed, minced.
