lead agency for cultural ac-
tivities will solidify all ongo-
ing operations aimed at ac-
climating Soviets to
American customs.
"Because of the numbers,
there is a real attempt to
plan on a communitywide
basis," said Alan Goodman,
director of Resettlement
Services and Jewish Family
Services. "We are solidifying
and legitimizing. I think it is
great. This is the last piece
of the process. It will put
