The numbers aren't all in yet, but well over $50,000 already has been raised .. . and there's more to come .. . About 600 people jammed the Northland Theater lobby for islands of food from various restaurants . . . a wonderful silent auction display . . . and continuous live entertainment. Then into the auditorium for a live auction that went over with such precision .. . as more gifts from charitable donors were purchased . by benevolent attendees. The very well-organized evening ran smoothly . . . while video cameras churned from channels 2, 4, 7 and 50. Look Who's Talking, the sneak preview movie, was so lovable and enjoyable . . . A light romantic comedy with John Travolta, Olympia Dukakis and George Segal doing wonderful moments of entertainment in the adorable and very different kind of film.
