night, the creatures often
receive unwelcome visitors:
skunks, in search of a meal.
Both skunks and bears are
particularly fond of bee
snacks, Letvin says. "In fact,
bears want everything.
They'll eat the hive; they'll
eat the honey; they'll eat the
bees. Even when they get
stung in the mouth, they
don't care. And eating a bee
has got to be very painful."

ner side entrance to the
synagogue. The service will
be held at the pond on
synagogue grounds.
There is no charge. The
community is invited.
