Hummos (seems like every- body spells it differently) .. . with Vineyard's cooking its own garbanzo beans, fresh lemon juice, tahini and garlic . Vegetable falafel .. . Vineyard's garbanzo beans, chopped parsley, garlic, old world spices . . . Beef falafel . . . cracked wheat, chopped parsley, fresh lean beef ground at Vineyard's, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and onions. All the food is freshly made at Vineyard's . . . a big plus for the Mediterranean tray. The desserts combination that comes with them has chocolate marble halva, fresh mandelbread made at Vineyard's, some with pecans and some with Swiss chocolate pecans, homemade chocolate chip cookies, homemade fudge brownies and homemade baklava. The traditional dairy tray is definitely here to stay . . . Many people wouldn't give a second thought to making a change . . . But there are those whose wandering tastebuds and adventurous ways of life will opt for the change . . . Either as one or a second choice.
